The finest quality salmon, duck, chicken, game and cheeses are carefully cured and traditionally smoked in small kilns using a unique blend of fruitwoods. The smoked salmon has won three Gold Medals for Great Taste, is sustainably farmed and carries the RSPCA Freedom Food Award
