Toppenrose Dairy - David Lambrick

Situated 2 miles from St Keverne on the Lizard, the farm started producing soft, mould ripened cheeses in 2002. Toppenrose use only their own milk from their herd of pedigree Holstein Fresian cows. All the cheese is pasteurised, hand-made and suitable for vegetarians.

St. Keverne Square

Made solely from fresh pasteurised milk it has a very mellow, mild, yet distinctive taste. at full ripeness in approximately 10 weeks.

St Keverne Smokey

St Keverne Square is smoked gently over fruit woods to give a unique full flavour. The smoking gives an extra month's shelf life.

Toppenrose Gold

The milk is combined with Jersey double cream (sourced locally) and moulded into small round portions. The effect is a moreish Brie - type cheese ideal as an individual meal.

Trenance Softee

A soft, fresh, cream cheese with a creamy mild texture and taste. Has a shelf life of approximately 2 weeks.
