Dorstone

An ashed goat's cheese with a delicate, wrinkled rind and a fluffy mousse like texture - approx 180g.

Finn

Creamy cows milk cheese made from full-fat milk and extra cream. Matured until it develops a white-mould rind. Gold medal winner at the 1998-1999 British Cheese Awards.
