Cheese making began at Willett Farm near Taunton only about 15 years ago, but they now produce a great selection of cheese

Exmoor Jersey Blue

A semi-soft blue veined cheese. It has a buttery taste which comes from the rich Jersey milk with herbal undertones. The blue is just strong enough to give a little tang without overwhelming the background flavours.

Brendon Blue

An unpasturised goat's cheese with a difference. When young it is delicate and quite soft, with background flavours of Exmoor. As it matures it becomes harder, with a slight grain, but retains its sweetness.

Quantocks Blue

A delightful medium strength unpasturised blue cheese. It has a mellow taste, rusty rind and the characteristic sweet flavour from the ewes milk.
